Job Description

Johns Manville Corp, a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family, is looking for a motivated Preferred Accounts Manager to join their team. As a National Accounts Manager, you will drive business growth by managing key client relationships and developing tailored strategies to increase market share. This role requires expertise in commercial roofing, business development, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish JM as an industry leader and trusted partner.
  • Identify and convert new accounts into long-term clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and drive sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support JM's sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in roofing/construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in business development and national account sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial building owners and specifiers.
  • Proficiency in new business development and advanced sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of competitor product lines and market pricing.
  • Involvement in industry associations.
