Process Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Process Engineering Manager to join Johns Manville Corp, a leading manufacturer of premium-quality insulation and roofing products. Responsibilities

• Manage technical and engineering resources to align capabilities with production demand.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, capital projects, and collaborate on R&D efforts.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to maintain technical capability.
• Analyze processes, identify improvements, and recommend enhancements for products and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 10 years of industrial and technical management.
• Master’s degree and Professional Engineer's license preferred.
• Experience in glass manufacturing processes and process improvement activities.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous process disciplines like Six Sigma Lean TQM preferred.
• Ability to analyze problems, find solutions, and achieve results efficiently.
