Program Coordinator - Second Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team at House of Hope Green Bay, Inc. As the Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable youth in our community who are experiencing housing instability and homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, administer, and evaluate client services to support youth in areas like parenting, education, employment, and stable housing.
• Provide crisis intervention and oversee assigned clients to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with advocates and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
• Maintain a clean and healthy living environment at House of Hope.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, or related field.
• Experience in direct services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and flexible hours.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clear criminal background check.

Physical and Mental Demands

The role requires physical and mental fitness to work safely and care for residents and children effectively. Candidates must meet health standards as per regulatory requirements.
