Job Description

Ethan Conrad Properties Inc is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of commercial projects. As part of our team, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and President of Construction, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage project success and supervise Superintendent and Project Engineers.
• Procure bids, award subcontracts, and ensure accurate job cost postings.
• Coordinate design decisions, ensure compliance with Company protocols, and evaluate value engineering options.
• Facilitate communication with consultants, agencies, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and prepare necessary project documentation.
• Travel to Salinas and surrounding areas as required for project management.

Requirements

Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 3 years of preconstruction phase management or 5 years in construction management.

Skills: Strong team building, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $81,000 - $121,000.
