We are looking for a Registered Nurse I (New Graduate) to join our 23-bed Neuroscience step-down unit. This role involves providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care to high acuity adult Stroke, Neurosurgery, & Neurology patients. Our unit focuses on safe outcomes, with staffing ratios of 1:3 or 1:4 based on acuity. Responsibilities

Provide goal-directed nursing care to patients and families.
Interact with the healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
