Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse I (New Graduate) to join our team at ART 6E Surgical Acute Care in Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). In this role, you will provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients and families, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist at an advanced beginner level in providing nursing care following the nursing process.
• Work in a collaborative environment with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff.
• Participate in unit decisions through shared governance.
• Monitor patients using the Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) for critical care.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Enrollment in an accredited BSN program if hired with an Associate or Diploma degree.
• Licensure as a registered nurse and current Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to perform physical and mental job requirements.
