REGISTERED NURSE -RN - School Nursing

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at a well-established school district in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will be supporting healthcare providers in delivering patient care while promoting patient independence and safety. Qualified candidates should possess strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
• Promote patient independence and establish care goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• Registered Nursing degree and current RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and TB test.
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow procedures.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
