REGISTERED NURSE - RN - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team at Concord NH. As an RN in our well-established facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers and delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience and be committed to making a positive impact on our residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
• Promote patient independence and establish care goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and RN license in the state of employment.
