Mon-Fri; Every other weekend required 6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm-6:00am

The Resident Care Associate reports directly to the Family Experience Director, Pearl Director, or the Assistant Family Experience Director.

Purpose:

Resident Care Associate | CNA

The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents and their families in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. Responsibilities include hands-on care, emotional support, and maintaining a safe environment in accordance with regulations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participating in developing Personalized Service Plans
• Ensuring resident meal schedules are followed
• Maintaining resident hygiene and cleanliness
• Assisting with activities and daily living tasks
• Responding promptly to resident needs

Education/Experience/Licensure-Certification:

Resident Care Associate | CNA

• High School education preferred
• Previous experience with elders or disabled individuals
• Availability for flexible hours and weekends
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred
