Job Description
We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marriott Atlanta. As a key member of our staff, the Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop short and long term financial and operational plans to support company objectives.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
- Maintain product and service quality standards.
- Implement sales and marketing programs.
- Ensure employee motivation, training, and development.
- Protect physical assets and ensure personnel safety.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of dining room supervisor experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- TIPS certification and Food Safety certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly salary.
