Job Description

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marriott Atlanta. As a key member of our staff, the Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long term financial and operational plans to support company objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards.
  • Implement sales and marketing programs.
  • Ensure employee motivation, training, and development.
  • Protect physical assets and ensure personnel safety.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years of dining room supervisor experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
  • TIPS certification and Food Safety certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

$55,000 - $60,000 yearly salary.
