Responsibilities

• Lead, support and uphold Ace Values - Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork.
• Provide HR processes, advice, and support to management, including staffing, employee relations, policy administration, and performance management.
• Conduct employee relations investigations, performance management, and new hire orientation.
• Manage programs like tuition reimbursement, leave of absences, and worker's compensation claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Passionate attitude and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
• Proven HR generalist experience with knowledge of compensation practices, organizational development, and employment laws.

Compensation Details

$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
