Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Director to lead and manage the operations of our Job Corps Center effectively. The ideal candidate will oversee student programs, ensure the center meets its goals, and maintains a safe and productive environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee all aspects of the assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
• Establish and achieve center goals, including meeting Career Transition targets and maintaining Data Integrity in reporting.
• Build strong relationships with the community, employers, and organizations.
• Lead staff through regular meetings and training sessions.
• Manage departmental budgets and prepare reports for regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Equal Employment and Safety protocols.
• Conduct staff evaluations and participate in hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with three years of experience in program management, preferably in a similar training program.
• Experience working with youth and fostering student retention and placement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of education and training environments, contract administration, performance analysis, and fiscal management.
• Physical and mental resilience for long hours and ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
