Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, located in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. As part of the Allied Health team, the Social Worker will provide clinical services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various common challenges. This full-time position offers a Day shift schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients and families.
- Address issues such as adjustment, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Provide counseling on topics related to aging, death and dying, and medical procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
