Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm at Levindale Hospital. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, focusing on areas such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
