Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with day shift hours, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a range of common issues related to institutional living, family dynamics, medical treatments, aging, and end-of-life care. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), with a preference for a Master's degree and LCSW-C certification.
