Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our compassionate team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families, addressing a range of common challenges. Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to individuals and families facing various challenges.
- Assess and address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life care.
- Provide counseling and support related to medical treatments and procedures.
- Participate in discharge planning and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.
