Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join the LifeBridge Health team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time member of the Allied Health department, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Address common patient and family challenges.
- Assist with discharge planning and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW).
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C or LGSW certification preferred.
