Job Description
Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining store operations. As part of the ALDI team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory and report any issues to supervisors
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store cleanliness
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
