Responsibilities
Team Members play a vital role by providing outstanding customer service and support within their assigned department(s). Work includes customer service, stocking, and sanitation tasks following Standard Operating Procedures.
Desired Work Experience
No prior retail experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Team Members should have a passion for natural foods, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic is essential.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, perform various motions, work in different temperatures, and use tools and equipment as needed.
Wage Range: $16.00 - $24.40 USD Hourly
