Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the International State Bank of Raton team. As a Universal Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting with various financial transactions, opening accounts, recommending financial solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will also include meeting sales goals, informing customers about banking products, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with a wide range of customer service requests, including account opening, transactions, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Meet sales and referral goals by cross-selling banking products and services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all bank financial and security regulations.
- Support the teller line and accurately process customer transactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills.
