1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and falls under the 1st Shift schedule.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt positively to challenges.
• Drive for success and organize tasks efficiently.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
