Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts and contribute to process improvement.
- Inspect product for quality and safety.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
