1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate in various temperature environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
