Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule, with average hours of 30-35 per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in receiving and fulfilling store orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in conducting warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and operations.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
