1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift positions, offering highly competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in meeting budget goals.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adapts positively to challenges and works efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
