We are currently hiring for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate position at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
