2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and cooperate effectively with peers.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, maintains a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
