1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a critical role in our operations by efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise and prepare shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
