Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
