2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Support product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work independently within defined responsibilities and follow company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies in quality, collaboration, resilience, success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
