1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring Full-Time Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift at Aldi. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
