Join our team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations ensuring efficient order fulfillment for our stores. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to excel in the position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments strategically and assist with unloading incoming goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and suggest process improvements.

Job Qualifications

Required Competencies include conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Physical Requirements

You must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely. Adaptability to varying temperatures and physical tasks is crucial.
