Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As part of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to equip you with the necessary skills for success in the role.

Position Details

• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
