1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a critical role in receiving and fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
