1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Continuously perform various physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
