Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently and make decisions independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
