1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality inspections.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities to achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately and within company policies.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move and prepare merchandise for delivery, involving various physical movements.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
