1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This full-time role involves working 30-35 hours per week with an opportunity for growth within the company. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with your team and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met. To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaborate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and operate with efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Work in varying temperatures and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
