1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
