1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. This role requires the ability to work independently, operate equipment safely, and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership. If you are detail-oriented, have basic arithmetic skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, demonstrates a positive attitude, drives for success, organizes and executes efficiently

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment
