1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with starting wages up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring proper warehouse organization, and contributing to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare shipments.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically, following handling guidelines.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, perform physical tasks, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
