Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper shipment and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Frequent movement and varied work environments.
