Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines, including sorting, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate machinery, and work in varying temperatures.
