Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
