1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker - Aldi

Job Type: Full-Time
Weekly Hours: 30-35 hours
Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and management to improve processes.
• Inspect product and report quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
