Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at ALDI. As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
