Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
