Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Retail Supervisor at Aldi, where you will play a key role in store management. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to support team growth.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours per week
• Wage: Starting at $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Monitor competitive environment and provide feedback
• Ensure inventory procedures and product handling guidelines are followed
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience
• Management experience preferred
