We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to contribute to the success of our rapid growth within the retail industry. As part of our National Real Estate Services team, you will play a pivotal role in managing construction costs on a national scale, evaluating bids, and ensuring project efficiency by aligning costs with regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Construction Managers and Real Estate teams to negotiate with contractors.
• Analyze bids and provide detailed reports for project awards.
• Monitor pricing data and propose cost-saving opportunities.
• Research alternative materials and construction practices for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction documents and utilizing cost indices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
