Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
